Will I have to pay customs duties or tariffs?

For international orders, your country may charge customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, or brokerage fees when your package arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Why wasn't I charged these fees at checkout?

Customs duties and import charges, if applicable, are assessed by the destination country's customs authorities after your order is shipped. Because these charges vary by country and shipment, we cannot calculate or collect them in advance.
