Due to the nature of our gift hampers and food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send us a message and we'll see what we can do for you.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified if it has already been processed or shipped.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international orders, any customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.
